Hourly rate
Once we enter into a professional relationship together, my rate is the same whether it is helping with your QuickBooks Online set-up, a one-time clean-up of your existing books or a new new client account review and organization for ongoing maintenance. I also offer other services like Payroll set-up, Workers Compensation Audit support, tax prep, prep for business valuation and forensic bookkeeping services.

Monthly maintenance
Inclusive of bi-weekly account review, acceptance/categorization of new transactions as they get ported into your online account from your bank statements, and month end reconciliations. This flat monthly rate includes services for 3 or less bank and/or credit card accounts. Each additional account beyond 3 will be $35/month on top of the flat rate of $200.
